Anxiety
Working with anxiety could mean blending several approaches and techniques to find a combination that works for you. CBT has a good evidence basis with positive outcomes working with anxiety and provides a good framework for exploring your triggers and how your thoughts and behaviours often work to maintain your anxious state.
Grounding techniques and acceptance practices can be helpful to utilise, especially to help you to cope when doing behavioural experiments designed to break the anxiety maintaining cycles.
