I’m Carolyn Leith, a qualified counsellor offering a calm, compassionate space for adults who are feeling overwhelmed, anxious or stuck.

Therapy works best when you feel safe, heard and respected. My role is to support you and your process, not to tell you what to do or offer quick-fix solutions.

My Approach

The heart of my work is helping you reconnect with yourself — finding the clarity, confidence, and calm that come from truly understanding who you are.

I love working as a counsellor and helping people who have lost their connection to themselves. I believe that struggle is a part of life and something most people go through. I know reaching out can be hard but I’ve seen how meaningful counselling can be in supporting people.

My approach is client-centred and integrative — meaning our sessions are guided by you and I draw from different therapeutic models depending on what best meets your needs while supporting your growth. I often include creative or experiential methods that can bring new perspectives and insight.
