Counselling Services

My Approach

I’m a fully qualified counsellor holding a Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling and a Registered Member of the BACP, working within their ethical framework.

My approach is client-centred and integrative — meaning our sessions are guided by you and draw from different therapeutic models depending on what best supports your growth.
Beyond traditional talking therapy, I often include creative or experiential methods that can bring new perspectives and insight.

The heart of my work is helping you reconnect with yourself — finding the clarity, confidence, and calm that come from truly understanding who you are.

How We’ll Work Together

Sessions last 50 minutes and take place weekly or fortnightly, depending on what suits you best. Each session is your time — a confidential space to explore whatever feels most pressing or confusing, knowing you’ll be met with warmth and without judgement.

I follow your lead while offering reflections, insight, and practical strategies to help you navigate life’s challenges with more ease and self-trust.

My commitment is to continue learning and developing professionally, ensuring the support I offer is grounded, flexible, and informed by current research and best practice.

Calm, clarity, and connection — in person or online

Whether you prefer to meet face to face in a peaceful, private space or connect online from the comfort of your own surroundings, counselling offers you the chance to pause and reflect, gently untangling what’s been weighing on you.

In-Person Counselling in Cheadle Hulme, Stockport

You’re welcome to meet me in my comfortable garden office in Cheadle Hulme, Stockport, a calm and confidential setting tucked away from daily distractions. Many people find that having a dedicated physical space helps them slow down, feel grounded, and speak freely.

Clients often travel from across Stockport and South Manchester, including Bramhall, Cheadle, Gatley, Hazel Grove, Poynton, Wilmslow, Woodford, Didsbury, and Wythenshawe.

If you’re local and looking for a quiet, supportive environment, this space is designed to help you feel safe and at ease.

Online Counselling

If meeting in person isn’t possible or comfortable, I also offer sessions online via Google Meet.
Online therapy provides flexibility and privacy — allowing you to access support from your own home, office, or another confidential space.

Some clients appreciate the ease of fitting counselling into their week without travel; others find that being in familiar surroundings helps them open up more readily.

Flexible Counselling to Suit You

Everyone comes to counselling with different needs and hopes.
You may want short-term support to help with a specific issue, or you may be seeking longer-term work for deeper understanding and growth.

We’ll discuss what feels right for you and review together as we go, ensuring our work always reflects your evolving needs and goals.
