Does any of this feel familiar?

  • You feel anxious, on edge or emotionally drained

  • You’re struggling with confidence, self‑doubt or people‑pleasing

  • You feel stuck after a life change, loss or transition

  • You’re coping on the outside, but inside it feels exhausting

Counselling offers a space where you can slow things down, make sense of what’s happening, begin to connect with your inner knowing and find surer ground.

About Me

I’m Carolyn Leith, a qualified and experienced counsellor. I’m registered and accredited with the BACP and have experience supporting adults with anxiety, low self‑esteem, relationship difficulties and life transitions. I have experience working with domestic violence and neurodivergent clients.

Clients often describe me as calm, supportive and easy to talk to.

How counselling with me can help

Together, we can:

  • Understand what’s driving your thoughts and emotions

  • Explore what truly matters to you and make aligned choices

  • Build emotional resilience and self‑trust

  • Support you to make changes that feel right for you

I offer a space where you can talk openly about what’s important to you. It’s a window of time free from judgement and the “shoulds” that follow most people around. It’s a chance to become curious about yourself and how you perceive the world.
